On demand print delivery

Wall prints are custom-made and shipped directly from our print partner. They’ll arrive separately from other items in your order and take 4-10 business days to deliver. Please note that we currently only shipping to the UK. For countries outside the UK please contact us – and we will do what we can to organise delivery.

All wall prints are non-refundable, except for damaged or faulty items.

Packaging

All items are wrapped safely in protective materials. Canvases and framed prints are packaged in our own dual-wall shipping boxes, which are purpose-made to our specifications and are designed to withstand even long international journeys safely. Unframed prints come wrapped in tissue paper and rolled in a cardboard tube. 

Our packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and damages are now extremely rare. On those occasions when incidents do happen, we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.
