Visiting our sumptuously restored steading on a sunny spring evening, the award-winning critic explored the estate before sitting down to experience our newly launched dinner menu.

Describing our menus as “confident, ingredient-led cookery,” Ramaswamy championed our seasonal focus, praising standout dishes like our poached langoustines with pickled kohlrabi and our exceptional pearl barley risotto. The review highlights the sensitive handling of local ingredients, particularly our organic vegetables sourced directly from Phantassie organic market garden in East Linton.
